Hi I am a irritated Myntra customer , Hope you can help …..
This is regarding Order No. – 20102780 which I have received on 19th Sept , One of the item Puma Men Olive Green Sleeveless Jacket (Code: 299374) was not having any price tag/brand tag on it. I have lodged same issue with myntra customer care on 19th Sept itself and demanded that a fresh/authentic piece to be issued against the one I was sent. And today after 2 weeks I got a call from Myntra Executive(Ms. Bushra) that they have checked the footage of quality check and they can clearly see the package with Price tags and Brand Tags, To which I claim that it is a false cover up by your delivery team/concerned department. So would request a copy of the so called footage.
